At Sanju Agarbatti Works, We try to give best possible products to our customers.
Although due to issue such as receipt of damaged products or if any customer is not satisfied with the product then such customer can cancel the product and need to deliver in same condition as received to Sanju Agarbatti Works, at own cost for delivery or which is to be bear by customer only.
Upon Receipt of after inspecting same by Sanju Agarbatti Works, if product found in good condition then same amount will be refunded as paid for the product in relevant account from which paid in 3 to 4 working days, sometimes it may depend upon customers bank too.
